Business is complicated. Life is messy.

Consulting that helps you find clarity and bring structure to the mess.

Many organizations have goals they struggle to pursue effectively. That feeling of internal resistance often comes from flattening the complex, multi-dimensional reality in which we live.

Integral Theory gives us a framework for looking at the whole picture. It combines two axes, internal vs external and individual vs collective, into four interconnected quadrants of experience. Good strategy and effective action come from creating alignment among all four.

Purpose at the center. Four dimensions to align around it.

Purpose is what the whole picture is for. The work is bringing all four dimensions into alignment around it.

The leader's inner clarity: mindset, presence, conviction.

What people actually do: behaviors, skills, follow-through.

Shared values, trust, and how it actually feels to work here.

Systems & structures

Processes, tools, org design, incentives — what the work runs on.

A diagram of the Integral Theory four-quadrant model, with Interior and Exterior on the horizontal axis and Individual and Collective on the vertical axis.

The leader feels it, the culture shares it, execution serves it, the systems embody it.

Most consulting works only the right side — the systems and the numbers. Integral Strategies works all four, because an organization that moves on only one front doesn't stay moved.

Strategy & operations

Working with organizations to figure out what is actually getting in the way, find the real lever, and build the operational habits to act on it. Often at the seam between strategy and execution, where good plans tend to come apart.

Engagements range from one-off advisory conversations to multi-month projects and the occasional part-time or interim role. We'll find the shape that fits the situation.

Systems development

Most small and mid-sized organizations run on tools that grew by accident: spreadsheets stretched past their limits, systems that don't talk to each other, work that lives in one person's head. I build systems — internal tools, workflow automation, and the connective tissue between the software you already use — designed around how your organization actually works.

For a long time, software tailored to your exact way of working was a luxury only large companies could afford; everyone else bent their work to fit generic tools. AI has changed that. It has made custom systems dramatically faster and cheaper to build, opening a golden age of software shaped to the unique needs of each business — not the other way around.

Organizational design & training

How decisions get made, how teams are structured, and what the organization is quietly optimizing for. I help leaders evolve their operating model toward something more alive: clearer ownership, more distributed decision-making, structures that fit how you actually want to work.

I also design and facilitate learning for teams and leaders: skill-building, alignment sessions, and deeper development work where a group needs space to think something through together.
